The parking space was convenient and the communication with the host was great. The location was perfect for my needs and the area felt safe.

The flat could use some improvements. The shower was difficult to adjust and the fridge dial was broken.

I recently stayed at a great serviced apartments in Newport for a short business trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and beautiful river walks. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and had a comfortable double bed. I appreciated the new carpets throughout and the spacious living area. The open plan kitchen/diner/living room was a great feature, and having a washing machine was a bonus. The host was also super friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely loved our stay at this serviced apartment! The ground floor flat in a quiet calm neighborhood was super convenient for exploring the city center and enjoying walks along the riverside path. The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the spaciousness of the apartment was mind-blowing! The double bed was so comfy, but be prepared for the super soft memory foam mattress. The shower was hot and powerful, and we really appreciated the washing machine in the open plan kitchen/diner/living room. The host was SUPER friendly and accommodating, and we were amazed by the convenient parking space. our stay here was jaw-droppingly fantastic!

The kitchen in our unit was a game-changer! It had an oven and microwave, so we could cook our favorite meals whenever we wanted. Plus, having a private bathroom with a bath added a touch of luxury to our stay. it felt like a comfortable home away from home.

The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that the sofa in our apartment was a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my personal opinion and others might still find it totally fine!
